You can prepare TereaTV on another compatible device, but your plan's connection count controls how many devices can play at the same time. A device with the app installed is not necessarily an active connection; playback is what uses a connection.
Add TereaTV to a second device
- Open the TereaTV installation center and choose the second device.
- Install a compatible player using only the official device store or the verified TereaTV Android link.
- Enter the username, password and server URL from your private activation email.
- Allow the first playlist and TV-guide refresh to finish.
- Stop playback on the first device before testing the second device if your plan includes one connection.
Understand simultaneous connections
One connection
One active stream at a time. You can move between compatible devices, but stop playback on the first screen before starting another.
Two or more connections
Up to the number included with the plan can play at the same time. Every active screen counts, even when the devices are in the same home.
If you see a maximum-connections message
- Stop playback on every other device and fully close the player.
- Wait a short moment for the previous session to end, then retry once.
- Check that nobody outside your household is using the account.
- If your household regularly watches on several screens, choose a plan with the matching connection count.
