- Confirm that your free trial or subscription has been activated.
- Connect the device to a stable Wi-Fi or Ethernet connection.
- Keep at least 200 MB of free storage available.
- Do not share screenshots containing your username or password.
Install TereaTV on Amazon Fire TV or Firestick
- Get Downloader. Search for Downloader in the Amazon Appstore and install the official app.
- Allow the current installation. If Fire TV asks for permission to install unknown apps, allow it only for Downloader.
- Enter code 346867. Open Downloader, type 346867, and follow the download page.
- Install and open. Approve the installation, then select Open when Android finishes.
- Sign in privately. Enter the credentials from your TereaTV activation email exactly as shown.
- Restore the security setting. Disable Downloader's install permission after setup is complete.
Install on Android TV, phone, tablet or TV box
- Open Downloader and enter 346867, or open

- Install TereaTV, open it, and use the account information supplied by email.
- After a successful login, remove the downloaded APK if storage is limited and revoke the temporary installation permission.
If the APK will not install
- Delete any incomplete download and make sure enough storage is available.
- If Android reports a conflicting package, remove an older unofficial copy before installing the official file.
- Restart the device and confirm its date and time are set automatically.
- If the app installs but will not sign in, re-enter the server URL, username and password without extra spaces.
