Select a TereaTV plan by simultaneous use, not by the total number of devices you own. One connection normally permits one active stream at a time.
Examples
- One television streaming alone: one connection.
- A television and phone streaming at the same time: two connections.
- Three household members watching simultaneously: three connections.
What extra connections do—and do not—change
More connections increase the number of simultaneous streams. They do not automatically increase resolution, improve Wi-Fi, or make an older device faster. Resolve network or device problems separately.
Before choosing a long billing period
- List the maximum number of simultaneous viewers.
- Confirm compatibility using the TereaTV installation guide.
- Use the Terea TV free trial on the devices that matter.
- Compare the current options on the official pricing page.
If your household usage changes, contact TereaTV support before ordering a second account or changing the plan.
