Use a compatible App Store player and the private login details supplied in your TereaTV activation email.
You can use TereaTV on iPhone, iPad and Apple TV through a compatible IPTV player from Apple's App Store. The player must support Xtream Codes or M3U playlists. Availability and menu names can differ between apps and countries.
Install on iPhone or iPad
- Open the App Store and install a reputable compatible IPTV player from its official listing.
- Open the player and select Xtream Codes or Add User with Xtream Codes when available.
- Enter TereaTV as the profile name, followed by the server URL, username and password from your activation email.
- If the player accepts only an M3U playlist, paste the complete M3U URL and add the EPG URL when requested.
- Save the profile, allow the first refresh to complete, and test playback.
Install on Apple TV
- Open the App Store on Apple TV and install a compatible IPTV player.
- Select the Xtream Codes login, then enter the three required fields exactly as supplied.
- Use the Apple TV remote to save the profile and wait for the content library to load.
- Open the player settings and confirm the time zone, streaming format and EPG options if available.
Optional AirPlay testing
If your chosen iPhone or iPad player supports AirPlay, connect both devices to the same trusted network and select the Apple TV from the AirPlay menu. Direct Apple TV installation is usually more reliable for regular use.
Fix common Apple-device issues
- The player cannot connect: recheck the complete server URL and confirm the subscription is active.
- The library is empty: refresh the playlist and leave the app open until loading finishes.
- Audio or subtitles are incorrect: use the audio and subtitle troubleshooting guide.
- Playback pauses: disable Low Power Mode temporarily and follow the internet and Wi-Fi requirements.
Return to the TereaTV installation center for other devices. To test before subscribing, request the official TereaTV free trial. If you need help, contact the TereaTV team with the Apple device model, operating-system version and player name.
