TereaTV customer safety reminder: use official pages and installation instructions, keep account details private, and verify unfamiliar apps or support messages before entering credentials.
Use the official TereaTV path
Begin at tereatv.net for current public information, installation, pricing, trial, and contact pages. Existing customers can continue to use the official client area on tereatv.com for account and ticket functions.
Do not share credentials publicly
Usernames, passwords, playlist addresses, portal links containing account data, QR codes, welcome emails, and order information must stay private. Blur or crop sensitive fields before sending a screenshot. Never post them in a public chat, forum, review, or social-media comment.
Be careful with modified apps
A file using the TereaTV name or logo is not automatically official. Modified APK files and unofficial players can be outdated, unstable, or unsafe. Follow the current TereaTV installation page and review the supported-device guide.
Recognize suspicious support messages
- Unexpected urgency or threats that an account will be closed immediately.
- Requests to publish full credentials or send them to an unfamiliar contact.
- Shortened links without a clear destination.
- Requests to install remote-control software with no verified support case.
- Payment requests that do not match the official order or invoice flow.
If information may have been exposed
- Stop sharing the affected message or image.
- Change any reusable client-area password.
- Remove unverified apps and install device updates.
- Close players on all household devices.
- Contact official TereaTV support with the account email and time of the incident.
Read the complete TereaTV login and account-safety guide for a detailed checklist. Keeping credentials private protects account access, simultaneous connections, and a stable household setup.
