If everything is buffering or freezing, try using a VPN to help resolve the issue.

If you're having problems, go ahead and try these troubleshooting steps first.

Simply unplug the device from the power source and then plug it back in.

This error happened because your device's token has expired. Our streams are tokenized for a limited time, so it's a good idea not to leave the app or device on after you're done. Just reboot it once and start fresh when you're ready to watch TV.

If you come across any content that’s missing audio or video, just hit us up in the chat and we’ll sort it out right away.

If you notice that all the channels are out of sync or have no audio/video at all, it might mean your device isn’t playing nice with the service. A quick reset or reboot could do the trick!
